sulla loro home pagine mettono delle tariffe e parlano di una licenza aggiuntiva Commercial License

inoltre dentro al file license dell'applicativo,in una versione 2008 di fckeditor vi erano tali indicazioni:

- GNU Lesser General Public License Version 2.1 or later (the "LGPL")
- Mozilla Public License Version 1.1 or later (the "MPL")
